Part oral history, part interactive podcast, Albany Is invites you  to walk through town in the company of the people who know  it best. Menang Elders and Nyoongar community members  share knowledge of Country held across tens of thousands of  years. Postwar migrants recount the labour of building new lives  from the ground up. Teenagers consider what it is to grow up  here, in this moment. Ecologists, fishermen, poets, skaters and-lighthouse keepers’ wives are some of the many people that  each take their turn as narrators of this place, its oldest  knowledge and its newest voices side by side.
